How do I use PDF Manager as a PDF viewer? 🔗

To use PDF Manager as a viewer, press the fourth view option in the top-middle of the app.

How do I merge to PDFs? 🔗

In PDF Manager, open the first source PDF with the Open PDF button.

Once the first PDF is loaded, press Merge PDF and select another PDF. The new PDF will appear as a stack of pages, appended to the first PDF.

You can then drag the documents, pages, or ranges of pages (by shift-clicking) to reorder them.

If you need to reorder pages across document stacks, switch to a thumbnail view.

How can I save a PDF without overwriting the original? 🔗

To make changes to a PDF without overwriting the original, take these steps:

  • Open the source PDF
  • Press Duplicate

A new PDF called New document will appear. Make your changes here, then press Save to save your changes in the new PDF without affecting the source PDF.

Alternatively, open your PDF and press the Save As button that appears. Enter a new filename for the duplicated PDF. Your PDF will be copied, and any edits you make to it will apply to the new copy and not the original.
